Initiate a Return
Log into your Teds Electronics account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to retain your tracking receipt for proof of delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
